Return And Shipping Policy
Our return policy is for "exchange or store credit".
All items are to be in original undamaged packaging, unopened and in new condition.
The customer is responsible for Return Shipping if not bringing the item back to the store in person.
A Refund will be given for returned items less shipping through the original method of payment once the merchandise has been received and inspected.
We only ship within Canada. We will send tracking numbers and insurance will be included in shipping costs.
Allow 1 - 3 business days to process an order.
Shipping times will depend on the shipping location.
We use delivery companies like CanPar and Loomis.
Refunds will be given if an item is out of stock when we are packing the order.
